While you have the right to use your property as often as you like as the owner, you will be charged a fee if you keep it for more than six weeks. The purpose of the commission fee charged by Virgin Islands Vacation and vacation rental websites is to make up for the probable loss of rental income sustained by the owner during the time they are using the property.
