The procedure for a vacation rental manager to handle reservations involves receiving initial inquiries from potential guests, confirming the reservation after ID verification and payment, communicating with guests before arrival, being available during their stay, checking the property after departure, and following up with guests for a review and future bookings.

Once each guest departs, we clean and maintain the vacation rental to guarantee that it is in excellent shape for the next guest’s arrival. Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms, as well as changing bedding and towels and refilling supplies like toiletries, linens, paper towels, kitchen supplies, etc.

Regular maintenance duties, such as monitoring for wear and tear, repairing broken things, and doing routine inspections, will be performed in addition to post-guest cleaning.

If needed, we can also provide daily housekeeping for guests, as well as weekly, or monthly inspections of your property for an additional fee.

Our low commission rate allows you to earn a solid return on your investment while delivering reasonable pricing for guests.

This provides valuable transparency and accountability for us, you, and your guests,  making it an ideal solution for those who rent out their properties. Additionally, the digital keypad eliminates the need for physical keys and simplifies the check-in and check-out processes for guests, providing added convenience and peace of mind for all involved.

We encourage our owners to use their property as much as they would like. However, using your property for more than six weeks per year may result in a 5% increase in your commission fee. While you have the right to use your property as often as you like as the owner, you will be charged a fee if you keep it for more than six weeks. The purpose of the commission fee charged by Virgin Islands Vacation and vacation rental websites is to make up for the probable loss of rental income sustained by the owner during the time they are using the property.
