You’ll want the stop to take pictures of the seashell walls & converse with your server over the menu or their life story.
Our perfect meal; Start with an Espresso Martini (best on the island), Pork Ribs & Ahi Crudo. Then order their Fire Killer (their version of the painkiller), !/2 Rack of Lamb, Whole Fish (praying they have the Red Snapper while you’re there) and finish your meal with their Banana Skillet.

Where steaks & sunsets are their specialty! Prime is a Caribbean steakhouse with the best view looking over Charlotte Amalie & Yacht Haven.
Why we love it; The picture perfect views alone are unbelievable. Get there 20 min before the sun goes down to watch the scenery change from a colorful cotton candy sky turn into a glittering view of the city’s lights that will immediately put Kanyes, “All of The Lights” stuck in your head. Our perfect meal; Start with the Warm Wedge while sipping on a , then order a Dry Aged 45oz sizzling Tomahawk & all of the sides… Only half kidding but you have to try the Truffled Mac & Cheese & the Bacon Brussel Sprouts.

SeaSalt
The island’s newest culinary gem! SeaSalt is an incredible new addition to island life! This waterfront rooftop restaurant has a sophisticated modern flare & incredible live music. Don’t forget to take a peek at the framed photography in both the womens & mens bathrooms.
We are not kidding! Why we love it; SeaSalt brings everything the restaurant scene in St Thomas was missing… Now we have it all! The atmosphere is incredible, the drinks are unlike anywhere else and the food is to die for.
